
Team Leader - Sales
Lead a high‑performing sales team to deliver sustainable growth by strengthening the dealer network, expanding strategic business opportunities, and deepening customer and OEM partnerships. Drive operational excellence through data‑driven market insights, seamless supply coordination, and continuous capability building to outperform targets and elevate customer value. Sales & Target Execution => Achieve monthly PTS targets => Drive PM Kits, Repower Business, and Contracts growth => Identify new business opportunities Dealer Management & Development => Appoint, develop, and support dealers => Plan and review spare parts with dealers (territory/product-wise) => Ensure dealer performance is aligned with company goals Market & Customer Engagement => Build strong relationships with key customers and OEMs => Conduct regular reviews, address escalations: Spare parts availability, pricing issues, warranty & quality concerns => Plan and execute regional service campaigns Logistics & Supply Coordination => Collaborate with ACDC (central distribution) for: Parts availability & Logistics Support => Competency Development => Train dealer and direct teams in Product knowledge & Sales soft skills Competitor & Market Insights => Collect information on Competitor pricing & Marketing activities => Support pricing strategies with data Team Leadership: Manage & Sales team in the field Role and Job Description are not restricted only above.To succeed, you will need
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Knowledge:
- 7-10 Years’ experience in handling parts sales
- Service Sales in construction/Mining industries.
- Good knowledge on Air compressors, Engines will be preferred.

- Energetic, enthusiastic and has the experience of meeting stringent deadlines and demanding targets.
