SVD National Key Account Manager

As a SVD National Key Account Manager, your mission is to [briefly describe the main mission]. You will report to [add Hiring Manager title].

You will

  • To be in charge of Scientific vacuum division Key accounts of China in R&D and ANA , and responsible for the sales result of this kind of business.
  • Identify the tailored strategy and long term cooperation of every defined Key Account customers and report to her/his manager.
  • Follow up the full process of Key Account inquiry. 
  • Take the responsibility of Key account's sales data analysis, including market share, loss rate, annual SWOT report and quarterly report.
  • Take the ownership of the customer experience and improve the Service/Technical /Application support quality.  
  •  In charge of the profit level/AR of the key accounts and make a high-level balance.
  • Take care the whole life time of product and demonstrates the ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior-level client executives.
  • Cooperate and share the market & technical information with the Leybold sales in other area, in order to help the business increasing of whole Leybold China.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 10 years sales working experience in ANA market or Vacuum technology is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, cross-cultural communication with international counterparts 
  • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Technical Sales prefeered and continuous learning ability 
  • Highly self-motivation and self- disiplinary
  • Strong resilience and stress management capabilities
  • Independent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding sales planning and execution abilities
