Do you want to lead Portable Air in the Nordic region for Atlas Copco Power Technique? Portable Air (APE) is at the forefront of drilling and sustainable air solutions — focused primarily on construction and rental segments with diesel/electric portable compressors and handheld tools. We are now seeking a high‑potential leader with a strong commercial mindset to take on the role of Business Line Manager APE for our Nordic Customer Center.

Your mission will be to drive sustainable and profitable growth across our APE portfolio by delivering superior customer value through innovative solutions and applications. As a customer-oriented leader with proven expertise in B2B value-based sales and complex solution selling, you are well-positioned for this role. As Business Line Manager, you will have full P&L accountability for the Nordic business.

You will lead a Nordic sales team and always in close cooperation with service. Together you will shape and execute the business and full potential plans aligned with the divisional strategies, positioning Atlas Copco as the leading partner in the Nordic landscape.

This role offers high visibility within the global APE organization and opportunities for long‑term career development within Atlas Copco. You will be part of the Nordic Management Team and report directly to the General Manager of the Customer Center Power Technique Nordic.

Main tasks include:

  • Creation and execution of a business plan delivering sustainable profitable growth for your portfolio
  • Leading a senior high performing Nordic team towards success
  • Cross functional collaboration with other commercial divisions in our customer center
  • Full profit and loss responsibility for your defined area of responsibility
  • A value adding management team member for the customer center

The position requires frequent traveling within the Nordic region.

Education 

We require a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with a strong interest in marketing and sales.

Knowledge

Fluency in Swedish and English is essential; proficiency in other Nordic languages is advantageous.

Country and city description

The position is based in Sweden in our Sickla/Nacka office, 8 minutes from Central Stockholm. Frequent travel within Nordics is required to support your sales engineer team and visit customers.
