Your role

Mission使命:
As a Test Engineer, it will be your mission to leading test and analysis of compressors developed with the project teams in Atlas Copco Wuxi. Projects will include new design and development for global markets, localizations of existing products (from other Atlas Copco product companies) and cost reduction，You are responsible for providing efficiency test solution for all compressor related projects and share the knowledge within the team.
作为一名测试工程师，你的职责是支持对阿特拉斯・科普柯无锡公司与各项目团队共同研发的压缩机进行测试和分析。相关项目涵盖面向全球市场的全新设计与开发、现有产品（来自阿特拉斯・科普柯其他产品公司）的本地化改进，以及成本削减。你要为所有与压缩机相关的项目提供效率测试解决方案，并在团队内部分享相关知识。
Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
1.    You will support to the tests of prototype machines, components, and systems with lab. Technicians.
协助实验室技术人员对样机、零部件和系统进行测试。
2.    Coaching of lab technicians for specific tasks.
针对特定任务指导实验室技术人员。
3.    Contribute actively to the practical management of the engineering laboratory, including 5S of assembly areas and test cells and testing equipment maintenance..
积极参与工程实验室的实际管理工作，包括装配区域和测试单元的 5S 管理以及测试设备的维护。
4.    Realize “first time right” by proactive testing, i.e. testing with the aim to find solutions for serious problems and troubleshooting for production machine or field machine.
通过主动测试实现 “一次性通过率”，即通过测试找出严重问题的解决方案，并对生产机器或现场机器进行故障排除。
5.    Strong interaction with Wuxi T&I and electrical team, to provide test solution in to qualify new technology.
与创新团队和电气团队密切协作，为验证新技术提供测试方案。
6.    Support PT lab. digitalization projects, to enable PT lab. further developments.
支持动力技术实验室的数字化项目，以推动实验室的进一步发展。
7.    Supporting Lab. 6S management and EG stock management.
协助实验室的 6S 管理和工程货物（EG）库存管理。

Experience Requirements经验要求 
•    Experience in test engineering background is required.
需要有测试工程背景的工作经验。
Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
•    Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or in the field of Thermodynamics, combustion engine, compressors will be a plus.
拥有机械工程专业学士学位，或具备热力学、内燃机、压缩机等领域的专业背景者优先
•    Profound knowledge in testing of diesel driven machine and willing to learn in technical area.
普通话为母语，具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。
•    Knowledge of test field and data acquisition analysis ability will be welcomed. For example, voltage/current/temperature/engine rotation speed/pressure and other parameter measurement. Noise and vibration experience is an asset.
具备测试领域的知识和数据采集分析能力者优先。例如，能够进行电压 / 电流 / 温度 / 发动机转速 / 压力等参数的测量。有噪音和振动测试经验者更佳。
•    Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
母语为普通话，具备良好的英语听说读写能力。
•    Knowledge of MS Office.
熟悉办公软件。
•    Experience in a product development environment, such as diesel engine driven machines.
有产品开发环境方面的工作经验，如柴油发动机驱动机器的开发经验。
