Your role
As a Compressor Application Engineering Co-op (Summer and Fall Semester 2026), your mission is to build industry skills, expand your network, and explore your passions in a supportive, dynamic environment. You will report to the Application Engineering Manager.
You will:
- Learn and work with our CPQ software, helping us streamline and improve how products are configured.
- Assist engineers with ongoing automation and integration initiatives.
- Support product configuration tasks and help improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Gain exposure to real engineering workflows, cross‑functional communication, and the business side of technical work.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals on immersive, hands-on assignments
- Gain insight into Atlas Copco's industry, operations, and culture
- Participate in professional development workshops and networking events
- Receive mentorship from leaders and subject matter experts
- Work on capstone project tailored to you unique interests, culminating in a final presentation to leaders and peers
