Prospectus for Epiroc AB published

Stockholm, Sweden, May 25, 2018: Atlas Copco’s subsidiary, Epiroc AB, has prepared a prospectus regarding the admission to trading of the company’s Class A shares and Class B shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The first day of trading is set for June 18, 2018. 

The prospectus has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and is now available on Atlas Copco’s website, www.atlascopcogroup.com/investorrelations, and on Epiroc’s website, www.epirocgroup.com. Timetable for distribution and listing of Epiroc AB on Nasdaq Stockholm: June 12, 2018: The last day for trading in shares of Atlas Copco including the right to receive shares in Epiroc June 13, 2018: Atlas Copco will be traded without the right to receive shares in Epiroc June 14, 2018: Record date for the distribution of shares in Epiroc June 18, 2018: First day of trading in Epiroc
