In 2021 we launched our first global learning week across the Group. It was a week packed with inspirational sessions and learning opportunities in various forms such as lunch and learn sessions, self-paced courses, round table conversations and much more.

One example of our learning initiatives is the global English training program, English Connects, available through our partnership with Hult EF Corporate Education. In the past two years, over 3000 colleagues across 62 countries have benefitted from the language training program resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, and confidence working in English.
