Get a feel for our learning culture – here is a sneak peak of our #NeverStopLearningFestival
In the Atlas Copco Group we work together to create a place where everyone can thrive. Here, you can unlock your potential, drive innovation, and stay relevant in our rapidly changing world. We strongly believe that the key to unlocking potential, driving innovation and a sustainable future for all, is lifelong learning.
First launched in 2021 as a global Learning Week, a period of dedicated programming and events showcasing and highlighting our learning culture has grown exponentially to become our annual extended #NeverStopLearning Festival.
We always celebrate and demonstrate the integration of learning into daily work, yet we also take this opportunity to step out of routines. Through lunch and learn sessions, self-paced activities, round table and panel discussions we learn new and diverse topics together. It’s shaped by our employees and for our employees and is an essential part of our culture!

When you join the Group you are given a mission
When you start your journey with us you are given a mission; it usually has a timeframe of three to five years. Based on the mission statement, a vision is developed that clarifies how the mission will be achieved, think of it as your strategy to reach what you have set up for yourself as a mission.
A wide portfolio of learning opportunities
We are committed to up -and reskilling our colleagues to meet the demands of the modern workplace. Our learning activities are easily accessible via different formats to ensure the best possible learning experience, may it be online, video, podcast, on-the-floor or in the classroom.
English language training for all
Our common corporate language is English, and it is one of our critical business skills. Our global English Connects training program enables you to grow by developing your English language skills to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, work in global teams and projects, and allow for better career opportunities within the Group. English Connects is available through our partnership with Hult EF Corporate Education. In the past two years, over 5000 colleagues across 62 countries have benefitted from the language training program resulting in increased efficiency, productivity, and confidence working in English.
On-going coaching and feedback
Decades of scientific research prove that personal growth has a significant impact on leadership and organizational success. Only those who grow continuously as individuals can effectively inspire others.
Supplementing ongoing peer to peer learning, internal coaching and mentoring, as well as customer feedback for all employees, Atlas Copco Group offers a customized 1:1 digital coaching experience, in partnership with CoachHub. This is offered as a stand-alone development initiative for selected leaders/specialists and/or embedded into broader development programs and initiatives locally. Tailored to individual development needs, this approach enables our employees to identify, explore and develop own solutions and strategies for continuous development. It is our ambition to further drive our coaching culture across the Atlas Copco Group.
