Atlas Copco Capital Markets Day on November 14, 2017

Stockholm, Sweden, March 27, 2017: Atlas Copco, a leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, will host its annual Capital Markets Day on November 14, 2017 in Stockholm, Sweden.
The purpose of the Capital Markets Day is to give an update on the strategy and development of the Atlas Copco Group and its worldwide operations.
In addition, an update of the proposal to split the Group into an industrial part and a mining & civil engineering part, and subsequently distribute and publicly list the mining & civil engineering business, will be presented. The decision on the split will be taken at the Annual General Meeting 2018.
Participating from Atlas Copco will be Mats Rahmström, President and CEO from April 27, 2017, Hans Ola Meyer, Chief Financial Officer, Business Area Presidents and other members of Group Management.
The program starts in the morning and will be finished before 5 PM CET. Instructions on how to register and more detailed information will be distributed prior to the event.
