Stockholm, Sweden, February 23, 2018: Epiroc AB, the company that the Atlas Copco Group plans to dividend out to shareholders this year, will host its first annual Capital Markets Day on May 30, 2018, in Örebro, Sweden.
The purpose of the Capital Markets Day is to present Epiroc and its strategy to investors, analysts and financial media. The event will also provide an update on the process of publicly listing Epiroc on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange, planned for mid-2018, provided that Atlas Copco shareholders approve the proposal at the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2018. Participating at the Capital Markets Day from Epiroc will be Per Lindberg, President and CEO, Anders Lindén, Chief Financial Officer, Helena Hedblom, Senior Executive Vice President Mining and Infrastructure, and other members of Group Management. The planned program in Örebro starts around 9.30 and ends around 16.00 CEST. The event will be webcasted live. Transportation from and back to Stockholm will be organized for the participants. Instructions on how to register and more detailed information will be distributed prior to the event.
