Stockholm, Sweden, June 14, 2016: Atlas Copco, a leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, has completed the acquisition of Bondtech, a Swedish supplier of dispensing equipment for adhesives and sealants used by automotive manufacturers.
Bondtech was a division within Teamster AB, based in Gothenburg, Sweden, which produces and sells adhesive and sealant dispensing equipment used by automotive manufacturers. Bondtech has 12 employees and had revenues in 2015 of about MSEK 32 (MUSD 3.8).
Atlas Copco announced on June 7, 2016 the agreement to acquire Bondtech.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The acquired business becomes part of the Industrial Assembly Solutions division in Atlas Copco’s Industrial Technique business area.
