Nurgül Atayer

What motivates and drives me in my work is to see results and learn something new every day. For the past four years, I have worked as a global marketing communications manager where I run large concept and product launch projects, among other things. In a global role like the one I have, you get a great understanding of how different cultures act and how to communicate on their terms. This gives me a lot of energy and motivation as I myself have a background in another culture. I always look for new challenges in each assignment, which makes it possible for me to constantly develop in my job.

It is an honor for me to have the opportunity to inspire and motivate a person for their future working life. I myself have had mentors and role models along the way who have supported me in my career, so I know how much it means. Being able to help a person find their driving forces, helping them see working life from different angles, and supporting them in different discussions feels incredibly exciting. In addition, I think I have a lot to learn from a recent graduate and see this as a mutual exchange of experiences which makes it even more fun. Now I look forward to sharing my experiences of working in an international marketing environment, and much more.
