Your role-

Mission:

As Project Engineer – CTS, Your mission is to lead our global efforts from our Global engineering Center in Pune, India, to support our customer centres worldwide in implementing Energy Recovery projects. By harnessing residual heat from compressors, we aim to significantly reduce CO2 emissions and propel our customer towards their sustainability goals

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assess energy savings potential and recommend optimal ER solutions.
  • Design and engineer hydraulic circuits – mainly water circuits connecting compressors to various hot water applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Centres globally, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Act as the expert in water circuit design and ventilation system.
  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, maintaining a holistic view and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CAD software to create layout drawings, piping diagram, and electrical design.
  • Create P&ID , floorplan and layout and draw these in both 2D & 3D using Auto CAD software and generate a bill of material for the needed components that selected.
  • Manage project documentation and execution with precision and efficiency.
  • Analyse compressed air systems to calculate potential savings and optimize performance.
  • Interpret technical drawings and generate bill of materials for project components.
  • Share knowledge with colleagues, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and growth.
  • Learning and applying methods and techniques for sizing of heat exchangers, pumps, expansion valves etc. in designing hot water circuits.

To succeed, you will need-

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineer, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical ,Electrical or Instrumentation.
  • 4-8 Yrs Experience

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in CAD software for layout design and technical drawings. (Auto Cad, Auto Cad plant 3D, Revit)
  • Technical expertise in utility installation such as cooling water, ventilation, and HVAC.
  • Strong understanding of water circuits and components like pump, heat exchangers, expansion valves etc.
  • Experience or interest in HVAC systems and energy optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize task effectively, with a sense of urgency.
  • Should have good understanding on sizing, calculation and balancing energies in system.
  • Detail- oriented with the capability to maintain an overview of project progress.
  • Structured approach to project management and documentation.
  • Working exposure in Project engineering and Project Management domain .
  • Experience in executing international projects  will be an added advantage 
  • Working knowldege of ASME,ASTM,API ,ANSI Standards
  • Independently able to prepare Drawings ,layouts & do  pipe size , pressure drop calculatons for energy recovery systems projects.
