Global Product Manager (CCP) (f/m/d)

 Exciting - Your Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and further develop an existing team of Product Managers
• Ensure definition and successful rollout of new products and innovations
• Co-develop and implement the company's product strategy
• Define product standards and processes
• Support the existing team in further rolling out a standardized CPQ solution
• Identify new market and growth areas based on market, customer and competition analysis
• Direct reporting line to the Vice President for Connected Continuous Products

Convincing - Your Profile:

• University degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Many years’ experiences in product management or comparable positions
• Experience with machine vision systems, quality inspection or image processing
• Experience working with customers from different industry segments
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Convincing leadership personality with an appreciative management approach
• Good communication skills with different stakeholders, at all levels of hierarchy
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured way of thinking and working
• Hands-on mentality
• Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel and intercultural competence round off your profile
