Your Role

  • Take responsibility of service & spare parts sales by approaching existing customers to achieve annual sales target. As well as support on-field information to BLM to increase opportunity of project proposal.
  • To provide quality technical service and quality support to our customers, through daily on site visits, continuously improving and maximize customer satisfaction with fast response, timely feedback & support problem or trouble shooting.
  • Working as a team to smooth the entire workflow, working closely with team, Application Centre, R&D, Machine Tool Builders and other contractors to execute improvement projects on Budget, on Time. Ensure providing quality standard that gives Atlas Copco high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Assisting the Business Lines Manager with technical and financial pre-studies, involving technical solution and cost calculation, in order to win the bidding on improvement projects.
 

 
To succeed, you will need  

  • Take responsibility of service & spare parts sales to meet annual target. Cooperate among our internal teams until complete the job for customers.
  • Generate service and spare part sales (Project installation, Spare parts, PM sales, annual contract, etc.) from existing customers with good initiative.
  • To conduct regular customer visits providing technical support, assistance and guidance as and when required, as well as help create new opportunity or inform opportunity to the team.
  • Support business line and sales team in current customers by regularly visit during or customer training to create new opportunity as well as help provide information for new opportunity.
  • Cooperate with the team sharing competition, market situation upon regular visit.
  • To provide the customer with technical support during breakdowns, over the phone and, when required on site.
  • To provide written reports on repairs and incidents as requested by management or the Customer.
  • To maintain records of all activities.
  • To provide advice and feedback to the Customer on the use of their equipment.
  • First level at emergency support (Help customer, keep informed , provide emergency solution & report to customer and organization)
  • Fast and timely response with quality feedback to customers in order to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical and quality feedback according to customer’s feedback, share to the sales team and to product specialist
  • Timely and correctly feedbacks work order, weekly report and monthly report within organization.
  • To work as part of a team and the Customer to help address any support and technical issues and as such support the development of new business.
  • To conduct technical training and maintenance supporting by business line.
  • Support sales team to meet overall sales target.
  • Consideration in RFQ, specification and giving technical specification selection to sales team
  • Establish detailed project proposals with accurate budget, technical scope and resources needed to assist the business lines manager taking business decisions for future projects with competitive budget.
  • Conduct strategic project planning including timescales, scope, budgets and regular project review meetings with internal and external customers.
  • Proactive communication and keep commitments to customers in order to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Independently initiate and efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and cooperate with business line.
  • Prepare status reports and schedules (Excel) or plans as required.
  • Commissioning as well as cooperate with suppliers/sub-contractor during installation for projects to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Initialize and monitor all Change Order Revisions Identify Risks associated with projects.
  • Develop and communicate plans to handle the risk with internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, quality levels and customer’s need.
  • Conducts lessons learned after every finished project and pre-study to reuse identified best practices. Continuously improve our project execution to achieve best possible future results.
  • Supervision and execution of preventive maintenance and maintenance.
  • Coordinate demo stock
  • Support complex customer demonstration and road shows / trade shows.
  • Support the team on for technical, demo preparation, run the show and support business line.
