作为产品工程师(电气),您将负责为我们的压缩机设计电气系统,以满足我们目标市场的要求。这些市场主要位于中国以及世界各地。项目将包括专为当地市场设计的新产品、对现有产品(来自其他阿特拉斯·科普柯产品公司)进行本地化处理以及成本降低项目。

您的职责包括:

1. 与项目团队合作,参与压缩机的设计工作。您将负责电气系统设计,包括电路图、电气元件的选择、电气布线设计和电气配电室设计、MK5s程序设置和调整。

2. 这个职位不仅关注电气设计,还关注基本的维护工作,包括电动机规格升级、产品基本维护以及从与售后人员开展的会议请求中提供现场问题支持等。

3. 对设计的成本和质量进行评估。

4. 国产化和产线维护时释放设计变更。

5. 通过CAD(3D和2D)和零件清单来确保设计和规格的正确性。

6. 通过以下方式实现“一次性正确”设计:为组装而设计(与生产部门合作)、为制造而设计(与供应商合作)、为服务而设计(与售后服务部合作)以及为卓越性能而设计。

7. 态度第一,愿意在日常工作中承担除了电气任务以外的产品维护的基本任务。

8. 与阿特拉斯·科普柯集团的其他设计中心保持持续、密切的互动,使用相同且商定的设计流程和开发工具。

工作经验要求:

1.在电气工程领域有工作经验者优先考虑。

2.具备PLC控制和逻辑控制的经验。
3.具备电气控制柜设计的经验。

知识要求:

1. 拥有自动化控制、电气设计领域的电气工程学士学位或硕士学位。

2. 具备基本的电气设计知识,并愿意在技术领域学习。

3. 普通话为母语,具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。

4. 熟悉微软办公软件。有CAD工具和MRP系统使用经验者优先
