Mission of the role
This role carries out Air compressor's aftersales/service administrative tasks to ensure fast and ready service delivery for Atlas Copco Vietnam. The Service Coordinator coordinates full the air compressor service's cycle from orders/contracts, service delivery, ready spare parts, invoicing, and accounts receivables, while contributing to high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
· Verify and reconcile order details with sales quotes and contracts.
· Input and monitor service orders in system (SAP), ensure order readiness for delivery.
· Coordinate well with logistics and planner teams for smooth, efficient and timely execution of orders.
· Collaborate with technician, planner, and service manager to track progress, on-time service closing and complete documentation.
· Prepare invoices and submit required documents promptly, ensuring accurate order closing.
· Remind customers of overdue payments and working with Sales team for collection.
· Maintain accurate records and update files related to contracts and service orders.
-Deliver other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Required qualifications
· College or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, legal study
· Solid verbal and written English skills
· 1+ years of experience in sales and service support, customer service, legal support, planning
· Experience working in big organization, with thousand of customers

Compensation and benefits
- Salary: 10-15 mil vnd monthly, full contrbution to mandatory insurance
- Lunch and phone allowance
- Year end bonus 1-2 months of salary
- Work from Monday to Friday
- 12 annual leaves
