Your role

Main Responsibilities - 

  • Perform packing, loading, unloading, and material handling activities safely and efficiently.
  • Manage daily warehouse, stores, logistics, and dispatch operations.
  • Receive imported materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and supporting documents against packing lists, invoices, and delivery challans.
  • Ensure proper storage, binning, and identification of materials at designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update all material transactions in SAP.
  • Prepare customer orders for dispatch as per sales orders and dispatch schedules.
  • Generate and maintain dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, LR copies, e-Way Bills, and courier/shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Track dispatched shipments and provide shipment status updates to internal teams and customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution and material movement.
  • Perform Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfers, and other inventory transactions in SAP.
  • Conduct quarterly physical stock verification and cycle counting, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packing, and traceability of all materials before dispatch.
  • Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices wherever applicable.
  • Support repacking, relabeling, and segregation of damaged or non-conforming materials.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Follow all EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines during warehouse operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, stock movement, and dispatch documentation for audit and compliance.
  • Report inventory shortages, damages, shipment issues, or operational concerns to the reporting manager.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
    • Perform any other store, warehouse, logistics, or dispatch-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

To succeed, you will need

Skills/ Knowledge / Experience

  • Graduate – Any Degree.
  • Atleast 3 years of Experience in Warehouse Management
  • Commercial transaction knowledge & Knolwedge on ERP (SAP) related to Order to Cash (O2C) 
  • Other requirements.
  • English & local language is a must, Listening & interpersonal skills
