Frida-Maria Förnerud

Frida-Maria Förnerud is a Custom Spare Part Specialist & Project Support at Industrial Technique Customer Center Nordics. She works closely with customers across the Nordic region, helping them find the right customized spare part solutions while also supporting project teams with systems, administration, and coordination.

Frida-Maria joined Atlas Copco Group in 2018, starting her career within Atlas Copco Compressor as an Inside Sales Representative for spare parts. Over time, she expanded her expertise to include service agreements, helping customers identify solutions that could improve the reliability and performance of their operations. In 2022, she took the next step in her journey and joined Atlas Copco Tools Nordic, continuing to grow her skills and experience within the Group.

In her current role, customer focus is at the center of everything she does. She manages requests and orders for customized spare parts and solutions, ensuring customers receive timely support when they need it most. While she is based in the Nordic Customer Center, her work often extends far beyond the region. Frida-Maria collaborates with customers and colleagues around the world and is currently supporting orders for customers in South Korea and China, while also working closely with a colleague in India. The international aspect of the role is one of the things she finds most rewarding, giving her the opportunity to build connections across markets and contribute to solutions on a global scale.

One of the aspects Frida-Maria enjoys most is the direct feedback she receives from customers. The opportunity to make a difference, solve problems quickly, and help customers keep their operations running smoothly is what motivates her every day. Working together with colleagues and suppliers across the Nordic region, she is committed to delivering high-quality support and building long-term customer relationships.
