Graduate Kickstart Program

Our kickstart program is an 18-month initiative based in Sweden, designed to develop the next generation of innovators. Through strategic rotations across key business areas such as R&D, Operations, Service, Marketing, and Sales, participants—known as Kickstarters—gain hands-on experience, contribute to impactful projects, and collaborate across functions.

More than just a career launchpad, GKP empowers young professionals to grow through continuous learning, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge sharing, preparing them to shape the future of industry in a sustainable, technology-driven world.
