Graduate Kickstart Program

Our kickstart program is an 18-month initiative based in Sweden, designed to develop the next generation of innovators. Through strategic rotations across key business areas such as R&D, Operations, Service, Marketing, and Sales, participants—known as Kickstarters—gain hands-on experience, contribute to impactful projects, and collaborate across functions.

The program is an 18-month development journey for early-career talents who join Atlas Copco Industrial Technique in a permanent role. You are employed in a specific position and contribute to your home team from day one, while being supported through structured learning, networking and development activities that combine personal growth with a deeper understanding of Atlas Copco Group.
