Sales Engineer
Locations: Shumen, Targovishte, Sliven, Yambol, Veliko Tarnovo, Varna, or Burgas.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Market Analysis

  • Cover sales across North Eastern Bulgaria.
  • Monitor market trends and track competition.
  • Analyze market shares (orders won and lost) within your territory.
  • Gather and report on market intelligence, focusing on CT equipment (Atlas Copco and competitors).
  • Identify and communicate new business opportunities to management.
  • Participate in seminars, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives as needed.

B2B Development & Customer Satisfaction

  • Uphold Atlas Copco’s vision, “First in Mind, First in Choice,” by fostering a customer-centric culture.
  • Actively promote and sell the complete product range within your responsibility.
  • Regularly visit clients to understand their needs, offering tailored technical solutions and commercial proposals.
  • Support and collaborate with our distribution network to maintain Atlas Copco's leading market position.
  • Work closely with the Service Team to proactively meet market demands and respond to customer needs.
  • Address any unresolved issues by consulting with your manager while maintaining respect and collaboration with your colleagues.
  • Collaborate with your manager on pricing, product selection, parts and service, and warranty proposals.
  • Coordinate with Accounting and Credit departments to ensure timely payment and collection of invoiced contracts.

Training & Development

  • Take charge of your continuous professional development, enhancing your knowledge of products and sales/marketing skills.
  • Participate in company-organized training programs (including E-Learning) and track your progress in the Learning Database.
  • Periodically review your development with your Manager.
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to new recruits or colleagues as assigned by your Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a background in Sales or Marketing.
  • Proven commercial experience in industrial sales.
  • Native proficiency in the local language.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Advanced PC literacy and strong computer skills are essential.
  • Previous experience with a CRM system is highly desirable.
  • Valid driving license.
