Production team lead for evening shift
DANMIL is establishing an evening shift in our production, and we are looking for a team lead for the evening shift.

Your role
As team lead for the evening shift, you will
- Be operationally responsible for leading colleagues on the evening shift
- Operate high-tech production machinery
- Clean and disinfect process equipment and facilities
- Carry out final testing and inspection of filters
- Work as part of small, self-managing production teams
- Document work and comply with high hygiene standards
- Work from around 14:00/15:00 to 22:00/23:00 on Monday to Thursday and from around 11:00/12:00 to 17:00/18:00 on Fridays. As the evening shift is in process of being established, the exact schedule is being finalized and will be shared with candidates before any interview.
To succeed, you will need
- Thorough and responsible approach to your work, as production is carried out at a high quality and hygiene level.
- Technical aptitude and/or practical experience from a manufacturing company.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to ensure good collaboration with all DANMIL colleagues.
- Motivation to quickly learn from day shift colleagues and become able to work independently on evening shifts.
- Experience from a previous team lead role or the motivation to step into a new role with leadership responsibility.
- Good English language skills, Danish languange skills is a benefit but not a requirement

Job location
This role requires you to work on-site at our production facility in Greve. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
