Trident is located in Ontario, Canada, providing sales and service of air compressors. The company’s customers mainly operate within the general and automotive industry and in the food and beverage sector.
The company was founded in 1987 and has eight employees who join Atlas Copco Group as part of the acquisition.
“We are happy to welcome Trident to the Group. This acquisition will expand our service and sales footprint across the Canadian market, especially within the Ontario province”, said Philippe Ernens, Business Area President Compressor Technique.
The purchase price is not disclosed. The company has become part of the service division within the Compressor Technique Business Area.
