
Your role
Misison:
To drive business growth by effectively promoting and selling air compressors, auxiliary equipment, and industrial cooling systems within the assigned territory. The Sales Engineer will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service
Job Description:
- Promote and sell air compressors, auxiliary systems, and industrial cooling equipment within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular client visits to monitor activities, strengthen relationships, and identify new opportunities.
- Source prospects through direct outreach, industry networks, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored equipment recommendations and technical support.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, layout drawings, and coordinate with sub-contractors when needed.
- Supervise installation progress and ensure proper documentation is handed over for ongoing service.
- Plan weekly sales activities, report lost orders, and support payment collection when required.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Maintain responsible use of company assets and contribute to competitor analysis and market insights.
- Organize customer seminars to promote solutions and strengthen brand presence.

Experience and Requirements:
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets within assigned product lines and territories.
- Strong ability to pursue leads, promote solutions, and close deals with professionalism.
- Skilled in coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Capable of providing timely reports and market insights to support business decisions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with key customers and stakeholders.
- Flexible and proactive in supporting cross-product promotions beyond core offerings.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Technical background or experience in industrial equipment is an advantage.
- Additional training in sales, customer relations, or product knowledge is a plus.
