We are now looking for a Spare Parts Specialist with a technical background and a passion for structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy working in a dynamic international environment and building strong networks across functions, this could be the role for you.

Your mission

As a Spare Parts Specialist, you play a key role in supporting our global service organization by ensuring spare parts information is accurate, accessible, and up to date throughout the entire product lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Engineering, R&D, Service, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure that spare parts are correctly defined, easy to identify, and available to customers worldwide.

From new product development to product maintenance and end-of-life management, you will contribute to securing an efficient and customer-focused aftermarket offering.

Your day-to-day

• • • Create and maintain spare parts information for new and existing products
    • Create exploded views from CAD models 
    • Release spare parts to the supply chain and ensure readiness for aftermarket support
    • Update spare parts data based on engineering and product changes
    • Support internal stakeholders with spare parts-related inquiries
    • Drive continuous improvements in processes, tools, and ways of working
    • Ensure spare parts documentation is accurate, relevant, and user-friendly
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize spare parts availability and customer experience
    • Collaborate with international stakeholders and participate in meetings and workshops at our sites in France and Sweden.
    • Travel occasionally to support cross-functional projects, knowledge transfer, and business needs.

Your skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with people across different functions and cultures. You have a strong technical understanding and are motivated by delivering high-quality solutions that create value for customers.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Several years of experience within aftermarket, service, technical support, or spare parts management.
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience.Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Strong planning and administrative skills.Knowledge of ERP systems and spare parts management processes.
• Experience working in a global organization.
