Education level
Bachelor's degree as a minimum in an engineering, management of quality, business administration or management.
Relevant Previous experience
10+ years’ experience within a manufacturing operation
Experience of managing and motivating teams
Experience in leading quality and other improvement projects.
Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
Strong Leadership Skills: Effectively lead, motivate, and develop your team. Be decisive, communicate clearly, and foster a positive work environment.

Demonstrated skill and achievement in implementing Lean practices in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated skill and achievement in successfully delivering quality products on-time.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Be adept at identifying and resolving production issues quickly and efficiently.
Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
The ability to work effectively with multiple groups to drive goals.
Good communication skills with analytical ability and timely decision making
