Your role
Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
You will:
- Report into the Service Team Leader.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Act as the on-site contact for customers, providing service recommendations and addressing their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues in planning, spare parts coordination, and remote technical support.

- 2–3 years of professional experience in repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Technical education (Mechanical or Electrical studies) or significant technical experience in industrial machinery.
- Native speaker of Romanian, with good command of English.
- Hands-on mindset with an affinity for working with machines, eager to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and openness to learning new systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
