Senior Sales Engineer
Located in Guangzhou/Shenzhen/Dongguan
Your role,
- Plan and execute sales activities in your territory(South China) to reach your sales target
- 计划和执行所属销售区域内(中国南部)的销售活动,以达到销售目标。
- Increase market share in all ASR target industry segments in your territory: the main focus for this position will be to get on board new customers, by establishing an ambitious sales action plan and efficient execution of it with a lot of prospection visits and pro-active follow-up
- 在所属销售区域内,在所有设备租赁的目标行业领域里提高市场占有率:这个职位的主要目标是建立新客户,通过建立一个雄心勃勃的销售行动计划并高效地执行这个计划,大量有计划性的客户拜访和有预见性的跟进。
- Use all available sales tools in a disciplined way to plan and execute your sales activities and improve your efficiency and sales ratios
- 以自律的方式使用所有可用的销售工具来计划并执行销售活动,以改进效率和销售达成率。
- Enter and update all information (leads, accounts, contacts, visits, opportunities, quotations,) timely in R-PSM (ASR’s CRM system)
- 及时在客户管理系统中输入和更新所有信息(领导、账户、联系人、访问、机会、报价等)
- Follow up all relevant steps in the customer-to-cash process (lead/inquiry, proposal, contract, order, invoice and payment)
- 跟进从客户到付款流程的所有相关步骤(交付期/询价,方案,合同,订单,发票和付款)。
- Provide feedback and information on market trends and competitors development
- 提供关于市场的趋势和竞争对手发展的信息的反馈。
To succeed, you will need
- Experience in direct sales of industrial equipment or related services: equipment, aftermarket, rental….
- 工业设备的直接销售或相关服务经验:压缩机整机销售,售后服务销售、租赁等
- Experience in compressed air applications and products.
- 在压缩空气应用和产品领域的经验
- Knowledge in compressed air product including displacement compressor, centrifugal compressor and air treatment equipment
- 熟悉压缩空气相关设备知识,包括容积式压缩机,离心式压缩机以及压缩空气后处理设备。
- Good at oral or written English is a plus
- 英文书写和口语能力较好者优先
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, CRM,…)
- 熟练的IT使用技能(微软办公软件,客户管理系统)
- Driver license.
- 驾驶执照
