About the Role
This is a dynamic and challenging sales position suited for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer.
The role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a territory, contribute to business growth, and build strong, value-driven customer relationships.
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, perform, and continuously develop their skills while contributing to achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strongly develop the assigned territory with a focus on sustainable growth.
- Proactively Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term customers with tangible results.
- Promote service offerings (spare parts, service contracts, repairs, upgrades) with a strong commercial focus.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through structured planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and activity tracking in C4C.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on value and trust.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and inquiries and addressing challenges.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and distributors to support business growth and continuity.
- Stay ahead of competitors by proactively monitoring market trends, and continuously adapting your approach to drive performance.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 0–2 years of experience, with demonstrated achievements (academics, internships, or early career accomplishments)
Education: Engineering background required.
Skills:
- Strong interest in commercial and sales activities, with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated and driven, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a high-paced and dynamic environment that is performance driven and focused on measuring results
- Valid driver’s license
