Job description

To further develop our business through a well-executed development plan, by focused territory management and market coverage, a new dynamic & proactive Sales Engineer covering the market. Functionally reporting to the Industrial Air Business Line Manager.

Mission

Your mission will be ensuring that the company goals are met in terms of sales volume, revenues, gross profit generation, market development and territory coverage.


- Implementation of the industrial air division market strategy.
- Maximize the sales of Industrial Air products to our current and new customers within
  assigned market. - Ensure that the sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation.
- Increase the market share in the assigned territory through efficient and proactive sales
  approach.

- To create new customers by evaluating customer applications & offering solutions best suited

  to meet Atlas Copco’s goal of "sustainable productivity"
- Promote efficiently newly launched products (VSD, Full Feature, Nitrogen
  generators, oxygen generator, Oil free compressors). - Provide timely and accurate sales and market information.
- Enhance and develop a good working relation with customers and colleagues.
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contacts towards achieving 
  the agreed business objects.

- Coordinate with existing distributor and provide the required business support.
- Support sales through effective provision of sales data, including weekly planning, visits

  recording, and action reports using the C4C system.
- Interact with the aftermarket team to provide a good after sales service to reach the
  required customer satisfaction.

Knowledge

- Proven and minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial sales function.  

- Candidate must be fluent in spoken & written English and Arabic.

- Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools is required.

- Good technical and engineering background.

- Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.

Educational requirements

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Able to work with sales and budget forecasts
- Meet stiff targets, deadlines & work under pressure.
