Atlas Copco Italy is looking for a new employee who will become our Sales Area Manager for the Northern Italy.
You will be primarily responsible for working as Sales Area Manager on executing sales plans revenue and profit growth company programs and services in your own assigned territory.
You will learn to develop a consultative sales approach with an emphasis on strong account leadership skills and on selling competitive business. In addition, you will build long-term relationships with an existing customers base by understanding their key business drivers, needs and problems.
You will implement the group’s strategy in this very core market in order to deliver profitable business in line with the Groups objectives.
You will provide knowledge-processing production. An experience of process filtration market will be a plus.
You will work on different market such as General Industry, Automotive, Chemical, Paint/Coating/inks, Glass, Steel, Pulp&Paper, OEM and Resellers.
Main Tasks and Activities:
- Work closely with current customers, in your own defined territory, to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within your assigned territory.
- Develop strong relationships with the key accounts
- Generate and execute sales plans in your existing customer base, and with other assigned prospective customers, to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
- Meet the sales target budget
- Identify new potential customers
- Follow up of exiting quotation
- Execution of marketing survey on competitors acting on the same Area and customers
- Issue sales proposal to Key accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial)
- Minimum experience of 3 years in this role/similar role
- Domiciled in Milano or surroundings
- Fluent English is a must
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of the for the process filtration and filtration technologies
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently
- Strong technical communication skills – both written and oral
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel
