Bolaite Compressor was established in 2016 and currently has around 82 employees. It has, over the years, built up a solid sales and service organization, and has an extensive distributor network in China.

Responsibilities
- Define regional goals, strategies and action plans to achieve short term and long term regional development goals.
- Achieve regional marketing plans and objectives through management team, distributors and sales channels.
- Manage and develop sales engineers, responsible for the ability development of the team and distributors.
- Actively explore new sales markets and guide dealers to explore and develop their capabilities in new sales markets.
- Responsible for product training, provide basic instruction on products sales and maintenance.
- Guide and manage sales engineers’ potential customer activities, and realize the conversion rate on business opportunities.
- Process management for sales engineers, responsible for monthly sales forecast.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualification
- University degree in mechanical engineering, management, business, etc.
- At least 7 years related sales experience, 3 years managing experience.
- Good business planning, marketing strategy, presentation, and training skill.
- Good communication skill.
- Proficient in Office system and sales management system.
- Good command of English.
- Accept frequent business travel.
