Are you an engineer passionate about collaborating with sales teams? If so, this opportunity allows you to analyze customer requirements and develop quotations and solutions to deliver prompt services.
Main responsibilities:
- Independently evaluate customer Request for Quote (RFQ) requirements and customer specifications
- Validate that our product offering will meet the RFQ requirement.
- Collaborate with sales engineers, operations regarding strategic proposal methods.
- Continuously improve business by generating smart proposal by providing complete solution to sales
- Generating proposal with option and value propositional base on customer segmentation.
- Utilize Customer relation management (CRM) system properly and follow up through the sales lifecycle with sale and admin team.
- Maintain accurate records of all proposal and follow up to ensure output is align with Service target.
Experiences
- University degree preferably in Mechanical engineering or other engineering study.
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in Aftermarket sales and marketing, or customer service.
- Resourceful with service information
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- CRM experience is preferred
- MS Office experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to support many sales engineers and work under pressure and tight deadline
- Growth mindset to learn fast.
