Your role
As a Mechanical Joining Lab Manager, your mission is to support MJ business result. You will report to Business Line Manager.
You will
- Manage the team resource to implement materials testing, inspection, quality measurement, etc. according to customer’s application requirements;
- Lead the team to provide quality inspection and assurance improvement solutions in the customer field;
- To demonstrate quality assurance and process value for customer;
- Support sales and product team in application and technical & marketing analysis;
- Continuous improve team competence;
- Keep abreast of industry trends, responsible for the market analysis;
- Coordinate with sales/ product teams to walk line, Optimize our process;
- Be in charge of the technology communication with Product Company in Britian;
- Develop/ maintain solid relationship with our customers;
- Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the manage.

- Bachelor degree with major in Materials Science/M&E;
- Equipped with a certain understanding of the steel and aluminum system;
- At least 10 years working experience in automotive industry, be familiar with automative OEM and relative process, SOP, systems, etc.
- Mechanical joining background is preferred;
- Proficient in English (oral and written);
- Strong communication skill and customer orientation;
- Business & Marketing sense;
- Frequent biz travel.
