1. Perform overall work and lead project regarding cost reduction, quality improvement, timely delivery and safety for customer satisfaction and production optimization.
2. Take full charge of critical process and support technique for production without any delay, and design equipment, facilities, jigs and fixtures for supporting assembly cell.
3. Take charge of EC (Engineering Change), perform cost analysis and control other department for closing EC as a coordinator.
4. Investigate and create improve action for voice of customer.
5. Improve working safety by eliminating Process risk based on Edwards Health and Safety Policy.
6. Create and control revision history of Edward Engineering documents such as SOP, 4M Change, Build sheet, TPM document.
7. Measure routing time of each product/process and change BOM.
8. Responsible for execution new product project with PMO to launch new variants in assembly line successfully with MR (Manufacturing Review), PCP and A&D proceudre in every development step.
9. Design standard Jig, Fixture, Equipment and facility and control specification, operation method, scrap.
10. Control latest Layout and co-work with other department when Lay-out changes needed.
11. Lead project related critical quality issue, process establishment and cost reduction to achieve ultimate target.

1. Education level
- Bachelor degree in mechanical, automotive engineering, Industrial engineering.
2. Relevant Previous experience
-Over 6 years’ experience within a manufacturing company
- Ability to execute implementation experience minimum 5 years for installation new product from R&D to operation.
3. Knowledge areas/Skills
- Good at computer skills for MS Office, Experience with programming languages : C++ or others, Experience with statistical software : Minitab or othters
- SAP manufacturing module, Manage E-BOM and P&M BOM for new & existing Product, Lean manufacturing
- Layout design & improvment, Standard time, Problem solving
- 4M1E(Material, Method, Machine, Man, Environment), Drawing inspection, TPM, MSA, QRQC, 3D CAD, Torque Tool Knowledge, SHE(Safety, Health, Enviroment)
4. Other requirements
- Fluency in English written and spoken
