Your role

Your mission is to drive continuous improvement of divisional logistics performance through KPI governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will report to Catherine Jin, logistics operations team leader.

You will

Support divisional Logistics KPI governance by coordinating cross-functional logistics activities across 7 Product Companies, 7 Customer Centres, 7 Distribution Centres and business divisions worldwide, contributing to logistics performance improvement and standardized Logistics KPI management.

  • Review the four key Logistics KPIs (Inventory, Freight Cost, OTD and CO₂) and coordinate cross-functional performance reviews, action plans and follow-up activities across Product Companies, Customer Centres and Distribution Centres.
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve divisional Logistics KPI reports and dashboards to provide accurate business visibility.
  • Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Logistics KPI governance standards, best practices and operating processes across Product Companies, Customer Centres and Distribution Centres.
  • Identify Supply Chain and Logistics process improvement opportunities and contribute to cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and logistics performance.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and IT teams to develop reporting solutions and support logistics workstreams within cross-functional business and digital transformation projects.
  • Support the SUN Logistics Operations Team Leader in delivering the SUN Logistics Mission & Vision, strategic logistics initiatives and Logistics Council priorities.

To succeed, you will need

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Relevant Previous Experience
    • 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning or related functions within a global manufacturing environment.
    • Experience in KPI governance, performance management or supply chain improvement initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge / Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
    • In-depth understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
    • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of Power BI and SAP.
  • Other Requirements
    • Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability.
    • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Option 2: Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Cheonan, Korea (the Republic of) (KR).
