Your role
Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.
You will
- Report into the Service Team Leader.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

- Technical education or background (mechanical, electrical, or similar)
- Willingness to work in the field and learn from experienced colleagues
- Customer‑oriented mindset and professional attitude
- Basic IT skills and readiness to work with digital service tools
- Driving license and flexibility to travel locally
- Fluent Czech or Slovak language
- Basic English

Job location
You will be part of our customer center in Praha. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area.
