Responsibilities & objectives

 Support intercompany purchasing activities:

• Price management
• Invoice handling in relevant systems (AP, Purchasing systems, ERP)
• Purchasing parameters management in ERP

Optimization of prices and lead times

• Communication and negotiation with key stakeholders
• Management of supply issues; support sourcing process

Assist day to day intercompany purchasing operations:

• Answering queries
•  Assisting with system faults
• Support spare parts markup discussion

Establish and maintain connection to key internal stakeholders

Standardize & propose improvements to intercompany purchasing processes

• Help with robotic process automation rollout and continuous development (process mapping, communication, promotion)
• Analyse available data to find opportunities for improvements
• Promote and support ongoing and future operational changes – system changes, organizational changes, process changes
• Support adaption to modern technologies such as Power BI reporting, SharePoint, RPA and others

 Share information and knowledge with other stakeholders and related process participants
 Support process documentation in updating, monitoring, and storing on SharePoint
 Other tasks assigned by Team Leader

Your skills and experience

• 1-3 years experience intercompany purchasing or AP/AR role
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English 
• The benefit will be good knowledge of Excel/ERP experience/economic background
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to lead discussions and drive improvements
• Proactive and results-oriented approach
• Flexibility and willingness to work in an international environmentidealy

Your location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely 2 days a week and being on-site at our office in Brno, Czech Rerublic.
