The role of the Inside Sales Engineer is to increase revenue in non-traditional and specified markets to help drive profitable growth using a combination of proactive outbound calling to grow the US Central region, Mexico and Canada.
Main Responsibilities
1. Pro-active outbound sales calling to prospects, leads, and quote recipients. Works toward exceeding a monthly targets of sales, web orders, and types of products sold
2. To create an increase in quotations generated for all Service products serving Industrial markets
3. Follow up on quotations generated by Sales and Customer Care (Sales Operations Team) depending upon arrangement between business units. Performs outbound telemarketing activities as required and other relevant related duties as directed
4. To enter sales leads into CRM and timely update the opportunities in the platforms, and to qualify leads by proactively calling and probing the customers for applications and Service requirements
5. To identify new potential accounts and purchasing trends such that can lead to campaigns; calls made to key personnel within accounts specified by and agreed by Service management or current business practices
6. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Education
• Bachelor Degree (business, marketing, sciences, humanities) or relevant work experience (with sales and/or customer service experience) will be considered
Skills:
* Self motivation, self starting, ability to plan and achieve agreed targets.
* Good interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers and colleagues in supporting functions.
* Bilingual English and Spanish (some proficiency in French would be great)
A knowledge of:
* Vacuum product knowledge various brands
* Must have SAP/ CRM ability to generate order entry, new customer/prospect entry, and lead entry.
* SAP BW knowledge is useful but not necessary
* Proficient in MS office applications especially Excel
Experience:
* Some experience in a customer-focused role.
* Experience managing databases and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and similar ones
Functional Competencies:
* Strong written and oral skills essential
* Outgoing personality is a key ingredient for success.
* Must have the ability to interact with different types of persons, at different levels of an organization, with the intent of driving to an order
