
Your role
As an HR Manager (CC Japan) within Edwards Japan Ltd, part of the Semi Chamber Solutions Division in the Vacuum Technique business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy for our Customer Center (CC) in Tokyo. Reporting directly to the Head of Edwards Japan - CC, you will collaborate across departments to support talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
In your role, you will:
- Drive recruitment and onboarding processes focusing on attracting diverse talent aligned with our company values and business needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that promote a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Support employee development and performance management initiatives to foster career growth and internal mobility.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to address workforce planning, employee relations, and change management challenges effectively.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace where every individual can thrive.

You have 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, or organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR best practices within multinational corporations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in HR systems implementation and data analytics to support decision making.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese are highly advantageous.
