Your Role

We are looking for an HR Advisor to provide comprehensive, end-to-end People & Culture support across the full employee lifecycle for our GBISC Pune teams. The role spans a broad generalist scope including Talent Acquisition, onboarding, data management, performance and talent development processes, employee engagement and daily HR operations. A key part of the role is supporting VTIS (Vacuum Technique Information Systems) teams, who collaborate globally across the Vacuum Technique Business Area, giving this position natural international exposure and regular interaction with global leaders.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Manage full lifecycle Talent Acquisition (requisitions, screening, interview participation, salary proposals, pre-joining formalities) for dedicated roles. Collaborating with international hiring leaders and adapting to global requirements.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding and induction experiences.
  • Ensure accurate employee data management and support HR systems administration, primarily SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleStrong.
  • Provide payroll inputs, maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Support promotions and internal mobility processes.
  • Coordinate engagement, inclusion and cultural activities across the site.
  • Manage full offboarding processes, including documentation, coordination and system updates.
  • Deliver daily HR operations support (benefits, insurance, PO/invoicing, travel support, letters).
  • Ensure policy compliance and guide leaders and employees on HR standards.

To succeed, you will need 

  • University degree in HR or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience, ideally in Generalist role, covering a broad spectrum of HR activities.
  • Talent Acquisition experience with IT roles (must-have).
  • Experience working in an international environment, with the ability to support global leaders and adapt to different expectations and communication styles.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS) is highly welcomed.
  • Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.
  • High integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Attention to detail, data accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and readiness to ensure mutual backup within the HR Advisor team.
