
JOB TITLE: Team Leader_Warehouse

[MISSION]
The Mission of the Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader is to oversee and strategically manage overall warehouse operations and domestic distribution based on over 10 years of extensive field experience and a solid understanding of logistics principles. This role focuses on maximizing inventory accuracy, strictly enforcing FIFO, and proactively managing slow/non-moving stock to optimize asset efficiency. The leader will foster open communication within the team, maintain tight-knit relationships with cross-functional departments, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to achieving shared corporate goals.
[KEY RESPONSIBILITY]
[Inventory Integrity & Optimization]
- Inventory Accuracy: Ensure 100% alignment between physical stock and SAP system data through rigorous control measures.
- FIFO Implementation: Establish and monitor foolproof First-In, First-Out (FIFO) processes across all product lines.
- Stock Health Management: Analyze and mitigate risks associated with slow-moving and non-moving inventory; define and maintain optimal safety stock levels to minimize holding costs.
[Domestic Distribution & Operations Management]
- Domestic Freight & Delivery: Supervise domestic delivery operations, track On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance, and optimize logistics expenditures.
- Warehouse Oversight: Direct all daily floor operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching.
[Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration]
- Team Communication: Build an engaging work environment through active listening and transparent communication, motivating team members toward high performance.
- Inter-departmental Relations: Maintain close and collaborative relationships with production, procurement, sales, and customer service to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Corporate Goal Alignment: Dedicate leadership efforts to aligning logistics strategy with overall business objectives and corporate KPIs.
[Data-Driven Reporting]
- Executive Reporting: Transform complex SAP inventory and operational data into clear, analytical, and well-structured reports for executive-level decision-making.
[REQUIREMENTS]
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in warehouse operations and domestic distribution management.
- Proven track record as an effective Team Leader or Supervisor within a logistics environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional optimization projects within manufacturing or large-scale distribution industries.
- Logistics Core Competency: A rock-solid conceptual understanding of core logistics fundamentals (FIFO, safety stock management, distribution networks).
- Reporting Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to draft high-quality business reports.
- ERP Proficiency: Hands-on, proficient experience utilizing SAP for inventory control and logistics modules.
- Proven success in warehouse process innovation, such as layout re-design or SAP system upgrades.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English with the ability to conduct business conversations and communicate effectively.
- Strong verbal and written English skills for participating in global meetings, writing official reports, or collaborating with regional headquarters.
