Field Service Engineer
We are seeking a hands‑on Field Service Engineer who thrives in a dynamic and varied work environment. In this role within our Industrial Technique Business Area, you will combine strong technical expertise with direct customer interaction, delivering reliable on‑site service, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.Your role
- Independently execute daily service tasks in the workshop (programming and start-up of assembly equipment controllers, tool/system/component repair, maintenance, troubleshooting)
- Deliver high‑quality service according to customer needs, internal standards, and agreed timelines
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with customers
- Cooperate and communicate with Sales and Project teams to ensure proper information flow
- Plan, schedule, and report all activities in the internal CRM system accurately and on time
- Prepare job cost calculations, track service orders, and follow up when necessary
To succeed, you will need
- Education: Minimum secondary technical education with graduation
- Languages: Slovenian - fluent, English - intermediate
- Certification: Valid certificate to work with electrical devices according to local legislation
- Technical skills: Basic PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel), technical thinking and willingness to learn
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (industrial production, machine maintenance, or equipment repair preferred)
- Experience with industrial software is a strong advantage
