Your mission as the Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You will
- Report into the Operations Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

- Bachlor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in field service engineering or a related technical role, ideally within the Compressor or Industrial Equipment sectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and internal teams, providing clear technical advice.
- A proactive attitude towards safety compliance and maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Familiarity with service documentation and reporting tools is advantageous.

Job location
You will be part of our customer center in Chachoengsao. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Thailand (TH).
