
Documentation and Expedition Engineer - GPP/CBG
As a Documentation and Expedition Engineer – GPP/CBG, your mission is to You will be responsible for maintaining technical dossiers/documents for CNG/CBG compressors as per specified QAP and legal requirements mentioned in the tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Documentation
- To establish, streamline & optimize the documentation process of GPP business line to meet the business requirements of being world class manufacturing facility.
- To lead & establish the digitalization of documentation process through available digital tools in the group or via new tools in the market.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of technical files/dossiers for CNG/CBG compressors before machines goes for FAT’s.
- To check QAP as per project requirements by closely working with Engineering team and verify the test certificates required as per project guidelines.
- To maintain quality of documentation and do timely escalations wherever required within company and with the vendors.
- Review documents received from supplier and verify correctness of same as per product / certification requirement.
- Interact with suppliers for any missing documents
- Follow up with supplier for pending certificate and documents.
- On time & in full submissions of technical certificates, test reports, manuals and other technical documents to the respective concerns.
- Keep record of pending approval/inspection clearance to reduce production lead-time
- Maintain physical as well as scanned documents as per machine serial nos.
- Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate system.
To succeed, you will need
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering from the Government Recognized Technical Boards
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
For diploma - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience,
For Degree – 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
