
Compliance Engineer (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)
Your role
As a Compliance Engineer, your mission is to ensure the business remains compliant, audit-ready, and operationally effective through a risk-based, system-led approach to SHEQ management. You will report to the Hiring Manager.
You will
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) across quality, environment, and health & safety standards
- Deliver internal audits, support external audits, and ensure timely closure of audit findings
- Drive risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement through investigations, data insights, and system optimisation

You have experience working as a Compliance, Quality, or SHEQ professional within a manufacturing environment

- Strong working knowledge of IATF16949 or ISO9001, plus ISO14001 and/or ISO45001
- Proven experience with audit processes and compliance management
- Understanding of risk-based thinking and structured problem solving (RCA)
- Ability to simplify processes, improve systems, and engage stakeholders effectively
