
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our business in Bulgaria
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, understand their needs and promote tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth
- Lead and coordinate resources in a matrix organization to maximize performance
- Present technical products and solutions with clarity and confidence
- Plan and prioritize your work independently while collaborating with your team
Who we’re looking for:
Required:
- Native Bulgarian, fluent in English
- Minimum secondary school + graduation
- Ability to understand and sell electronics, mechatronics, automation and computer-based solutions
- Willingness to travel
Preferred:
- Technical background
- Experience in sales or marketing of technical or industrial products

- Demonstrates reliability, accountability, maintains high standards in communication and customer interactions
- Understanding of account management and market development
