Your role
As a Assembly Operator, you play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. You will
- Responsible for product assembly, testing, and production operations in accordance with production plans and process requirements, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Monitor quality performance throughout the production process, promptly identify and resolve abnormalities to ensure product quality.
- Responsible for conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and servicing of production equipment to ensure stable and reliable operation.
- Implement 5S and lean manufacturing practices to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment while continuously improving operational processes.
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with other production-line functions to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and the achievement of production targets.
- Participate in productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process enhancement initiatives by providing practical recommendations and supporting implementation activities.
- Provide timely reports on production performance, equipment status, and quality issues, while maintaining accurate production records to support operational decision-making.
- Comply with company EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and regulatory requirements, proactively identify risks, and promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

- You have 1 year of experience, working as a worker.
- Technical secondary school diploma or above, technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related disciplines is preferred.
- Holds a valid Low-Voltage Electrician Certificate.
- Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to adapt to a production/manufacturing environment.
