Your Role

n  100% carry out the company policy and regulation

n  Master the technology operation for product assembly

n  Responsible for product assembly, as per production order and work sheet

n  100% follow up the SOP/WI

n  Support supervisor, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve assembly or quality issues. 

n  支持主管，工程师，产品控制，质量或者其它相关人员一起解决装配或者质量问题。 

n  Responsible for keeping equipment and performing basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment. 

n  保持设备和工作区域整洁，有序，执行基本的预防维护 

n  Undertaking TPM (Total Productive maintenance) on machine tools 

n  承担机器设备TPM点检活动 

n  Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly, implement 5S activity 

n  保持工作区域整洁，有序, 实施5S活动  

n  Active provide the reasonable proposal, continue improvement/safety harzard

n  积极提出合理化建议，持续改善/安全隐患提报

n  Follows the use of various software and digital systems in the company and workshop.

n  遵循公司以及车间各种软件以及数字化系统的使用。

n  Comply with the company's requirements for multi-skilled positions in business

n  服从公司对于业务的多技能岗位要求

n  Other assignment assigned

To succeed, you will need  

Education level

n     Graduated from normal vocation school and above, with machinery major 

n     正规职业学校，中专以上学历，机械专业毕业 

Relevant Previous experience 

n     At least 2-3 years sssemble experiences, machinery & electrical industry   

n     至少机械行业2-3年装配经验，钳工/电工经验

n     Read and interpret engineering drawings 

n     读懂和说明工程图纸 

n     Understand and read manufacturing process procedure 

n     理解和读懂生产工艺流程 

n     Use and change tooling as required 

n     按要求使用和更换装配工具 

n     Understand skilled to use the common gauge and measuring tools 

n     了解和熟练使用常用的计量，测量工具 

n     Good communication and learning ability 

n     良好的沟通和学习能力 

n     Honest, be willing to work, obey leader’s arrangement

n     诚实，肯干，服从领导，服从分配

n     Be willing to work by turn愿意倒班
