How did you first hear about the Group?

I first heard about Atlas Copco Group through a friend, who highly recommended the company and encouraged me to join.

It’s been 14 years of continuous learning and exciting challenges, and I feel proud to be part of this team. Knowing that the work I do creates value for both our customers and the team keeps me motivated every day. Atlas Copco Group is more than a workplace; it’s a community that encourages learning, creativity, and growth.

What brings you the most joy to work here?

What brings me the most joy is being part of a group that values innovation and people. I truly enjoy the collaborative environment, where ideas are encouraged and teamwork makes a real difference in the results we deliver.

What is your main driver?

In simple words, it is the opportunity to continuously grow and contribute to meaningful projects. 

What are your aspirations for the future?

My aspiration is to keep developing my skills and take on greater responsibilities that allow me to have a stronger impact. I aim to continue growing within Atlas Copco Group, contributing to its success while also building a legacy of continuous improvement.

Your advice to someone who is considering joining Atlas Copco Group

My advice would be GO FOR IT!  If you are motivated, curious, and passionate about making a difference, you’ll find it a rewarding place to build your career.

My journey began in July 2006 with the Group, right after graduating from university, when I joined one of Liutech’s sales branches-part of the Atlas Copco Group-as a Sales Support. Just a few months later, I was nominated for a marketing project and transitioned to the product company, continuing as Marketing Support in Liutech.
