You have worked in Turkey, Belgium, and now oversee the MENA & Central Asia region. How has this international exposure shaped your leadership style?
Each country and role taught me something unique. Living and working in different cultures helped me understand the importance of adaptability, empathy, and open communications. At Atlas Copco Group, we value diversity not only in nationality but also in ideas and perspectives. My leadership style is very much shaped by this: I believe in listening first, creating an inclusive environment, and empowering people to contribute their best.
What do you value most about the culture at Atlas Copco Group?
For me, it’s the strong alignment between our values and how we operate daily. In your current role as Vice President Holding for the MENA & Central Asia region, what are your key responsibilities and priorities?
My role is multifaceted. I coordinate legal and tax matters across the region, ensuring compliance with both external laws and our internal policies. Equally important, I support our teams in living the Atlas Copco Group values, fostering a work environment where fairness, equal opportunities, and diversity thrive. As Holding, we are responsible for performing these functions on behalf of the Group Management and Group functions to secure the governance and the efficiency of the legal and operational structure.
Looking ahead, what excites you most about the future of Atlas Copco Group in the region?
The region is full of potential and opportunities. We are seeing strong growth in areas such as sustainability, digitalization, and innovation. What excites me most is how we are integrating these global trends with local strengths. Our people are motivated, and resilient.
Finally, what advice would you give to young professionals aspiring to grow within Atlas Copco Group?
Be curious, take the initiative, and never stop learning. Atlas Copco Group is a place that rewards passion and responsibility.
